"The workers, the people who build the houses, the housing, the hospitals, the buildings, the cities; paradoxically it is the people who are homeless. So, we said, we have to do something. And that's how ÉCHALE was born.”

Francesco Piazzesi, CEO, ÉCHALE

"ÉCHALE represents the opportunity to be in solidarity with our neighbors, with our collaborators to continue growing as a team, with our communities by providing opportunities that they never imagined they would have, to our society to carry that bundle among all of us.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How can I build with you?2020-06-30T23:10:01+00:00

We do not build individual houses. It is essential to have a Community Representative in the locality, this in order to focus at least 50 families for self- construction, 100 families for community development and 50 families for housing improvement, because this reduces considerably the administrative and operational costs at the time of building the house.

The requirements are as follows:

  • Earn between $6,421.25 and $12,842.05 per month.
  • Never have received a federal housing subsidy
  • Have your CURP or Matricula Consular.
  • NOT be a homeowner.
  • You must contribute the amount of previous savings specified by the modality that is of your interest.

What is the Ecoblock? What advantages do I have when building with its material?2020-06-30T18:38:52+00:00

It is our main construction material and of which we have the patent, which is a technified adobe made up of 90% inert soil and 10% a mixture of cement, lime and sand whose measures are 10 x 15 x 30 cm. But we can also make hybrid models, that is, built with normal block and cement.
