Sponsored and thanks to the support of Fundacion Azteca, this project was developed in one of the most distant and poorest communities in the central valleys in Tabasco. 30 impoverished families were benefited by social inclusion and housing self-production programs. Also thanks to the solidarity and social organization, many houses were built in hard to reach access areas. Due to this effort, ECHALE won the National Housing Award in the Social Housing Production’s category.
